In addition to providing thirty excellent recipes using coconut oil and explaining how you can use coconut oil for thousands more recipes of your own, Patrick Smith provides one hundred and thirty different examples of applications of coconut oil for health and wellness. This is a comprehensive yet concise summary of what we know about coconut oil and its connection to health and nutrition. In addition to providing thirty excellent recipes using coconut oil and explaining how you can use coconut oil for thousands more recipes of your own, Patrick Smith provides one hundred and thirty different examples of applications of coconut oil for health and wellness. He does all this with a style that is clear, efficient, and easy to read. Mr. Smith doesn't waste your time with a lot of fluff, instead he packs a relatively short book chock full of really useful information. One look at the appendix is enough to assure the reader about the veracity and thoroughness of Mr. Smith's research. Although, you can also judge that for yourself based on the clear intelligence and thoughtfulness that comes through in his writing. I highly recommend this book, it is a best read for all nutrition and health enthusiasts.

    I read this book because I know nothing about coconuts and their beneficial properties. Not only did I learn from the author that coconut oil is good for the body outside and in, but that it can also be used to make some fantastic meals. The author gives us plenty to think about with scientific facts to back up his claims about coconut oil and to top it all off, some great menus came along too. It was well written, in fact so well written, that I am sure Patrick Smith could write a good story in I read this book because I know nothing about coconuts and their beneficial properties. Not only did I learn from the author that coconut oil is good for the body outside and in, but that it can also be used to make some fantastic meals. The author gives us plenty to think about with scientific facts to back up his claims about coconut oil and to top it all off, some great menus came along too. It was well written, in fact so well written, that I am sure Patrick Smith could write a good story in just about any Genre. He is a writer with many hidden books still to be discovered.
