This is inspiring. Water This book convinced me to drink more water. She lost her excess weight in only five months. 80 pounds lost in five months is an amazing accomplishment. 12 oz. before and after each meal, before bed and upon awakening, plus 32 oz. between meals, seems like too much water. However, it worked for her, so it is worth trying if you have ready access to a bathroom and good water all day.

Water is great, but not magic Some of the claims are dubious at best. You can't cure diabetes, let alone do so by just drinking more water. At best you can control it. While staying hydrated is important, I'm skeptical that simply drinking a bunch of water is more beneficial to someone recovering from a heart attack than a healthy diet with moderate exercise. Tiffany fails to disclose the sources of all that research she claims to have done. This book would also have benefited from a decent edito Water is great, but not magic Some of the claims are dubious at best. You can't cure diabetes, let alone do so by just drinking more water. I don't buy it, and am glad I read this for free on amazon unlimited.

I thought this was a very encouraging story. while like many of these free "how I lost a phenomenal amount of weight in x amount of months" I wonder if it's true are not since there at never any before and after pictures. But it's inspiring and interesting. And I find that this one especially was good because she goes into detail about her life after weight loss and seems more real than be others. 5 stars. Love it!

Good regular people, good info. This is just a regular human being writing about her research and experience with something we all think we know about - drinking water. It's informative.I think I'll give it a try.
