    Yep, this is how I start my Monday mornings, I have been doing his Monday yoga for two years and four months, only allowing for my ability and age, it's been a while since I've done yoga. My son got me Advait's other yoga book for beginners, heck okay, I have Neuropathy, and the yoga has not been harmful to it or me. Now I like Advait's books and they have been a great he for me.
