Nathan K -- he can hold two souls in his body. If he dies, he loses one yet lives on with the other. As long as he replenishes his second soul, he cannot be killed. Nathan K is immortal. OCEAN OF DEATH When Nathan discovers two informants willing to turn against Larkin, his longtime rival, he has a chance to crack open his enemy’s defenses. But nothing is ever simple for Nathan K -- he can hold two souls in his body. But nothing is ever simple for Nathan K. An assassin looking to make her name and a secret organization looking to destroy the Immortals cloud matters. Then Nathan’s tech guru inserts herself in the action. That would be difficult enough, but all these warring sides are stuck on a cruise liner in the middle of the Atlantic with nothing but endless ocean surrounding them. And plenty of bullets.

A great read! Ok. So I am a fan of the Nathan K series. Up front. But really this is a great read. I loved that this novel was action and demonstrated great writing with the characters. Robin takes a great lead. I loved the way the plot line is not to heavy with unbelievability as in the immortal status of Nathan. You'll love the plot and the development of the characters in this book. Stuart Jaffe delivers in to me what is one of his best series. You will enjoy the book and have a difficult time A great read! Once again, the author delivers a fast-paced, fun story revolving around Nathan K trying to bring down Larkin. This time we are on the ocean for a thrill-ride adventure, one where everyone may perish and where this slightly-scared-of-water reader had a moment where I felt like I couldn’t breathe (read it to find out what I mean!). As always, the book is well-written with an engaging plot and intriguing characters. As always, the book is well-written with an engaging plot and intriguing characters. Nathan K is a very unique character, and I really enjoy his platonic relationship with Robin. They make a great team, and I think Robin helps keep him “human,” something I feel every single book. I just wish he’d share his secret with her, but I’m sure that’s a story for another day. One thing I admit: I felt very silly as I didn’t get the double entendre of the title until after I finished the book. LOL! One last thing to mention: the book ended on an interesting note and I’m intrigued to find out where we are going from here. If you love adventures on the high sea, great characters, or just a well-written book, give this one a try! Highly recommend! I was provided a complimentary copy of the e-book which I reviewed voluntarily.

Nathan K and Robin are headed for the high seas on a luxury cruise liner, hot on the trail of an informant that has information that they hope will help them take down the Larkin group. Nathan K has someone on his trail though... another Immortal, looking to make a name for herself by bringing Nathan to Larkin. Nathan isn't the only one with someone interested in him. Robin has a fan club in the form of The Eternity Group, who know of the Immortals, and want Robin to join them in finding them. "I'm one of the good guys." It is fortunate indeed that Nathan K has more than one life to lose. In this continuation of the immortal and his sidekick, Robin, the hacker par excellence, he seems to be able to fall or slip on everything from blood to ice and never to hold on to his trusted Maggie. Which is unfortunate given that he comes up against a formidable foe intent of capturing him. An easy to read, hand to hand action thriller where losing a life isn't as drastic in Nathan's world as it mig "I'm one of the good guys." Being immortal is a curse and a blessing. The plot is interesting and will keep you guessing throughout. This is a great series; I have enjoyed every book. Nathan K is complex and I love the other characters in this novel. Robin is definitely one smart and tough woman. If you have not read any of this series, you need to do so immediately. You will not be sorry. Mr. Jaffe is one heck of a writer, love reading his books.

Its always a treat when a new Nathan K. novel come out and I think this one is very special. We have Nathan and Robin on the high seas, still trying to get one up on Larkin. Nathans being followed and attacked by another immortal that wants to capture or kill him just to get into Larkin's organization. And if that's not confusing enough a secret government organization is also on the ship. I received an advance copy of this book and choice to review it

Excellent I don't know. Maybe it's because I have read all the books in the series within the time span of a day and a half but the last two books just lacked something that was present in the books before them. Make no mistake, I still enjoyed them immensely but there was just something missing. Maybe it's a good thing that I'm at the end of the published series, but I'm sad at the same time.

The saga of Nathan and Robin continues with the expected non-stop action. Their relationship and characters continue to evolve in interesting ways. Stuart doesn't do cliff hanger endings, but his stories always leave me wanting more and more.

Very good reading! So far all Stuart Jaffe's books are great! Nathan K is learning to be a tough guy, not in that he is causing trouble but he is trying to help people. So far, that has not been easy. Read his books, you won't be sorry.

And the story continues... While there was a fair amount of action in this book, it seems mostly to have served to set up for the next book(a) in this series. No complaints here.
