    This compared getting an abortion to having a wisdom tooth extracted, and talked about the "lovely" french toast women could enjoy in the clinic after their abortions. No surprises at how biased it was, but there WAS one surprise. Although the book was careful to refer to "contents of the uterus" and "fetal material" (no "baby" or anything like that) there was an accurate drawing of a ten week preborn baby in one of the diagrams. This was written before the D&E method was being used, and it said that fetuses are sometimes born alive in saline abortions . This was referred to as a "devastating" thing to happen.
