Great book with very good insights. I liked the 90 seconds summaries at the end of every chapter, that has helped me to get to the key points and actually note them. There are quite a few good points. The best one for me was the realization that I am 100% responsible for my own communication. It's not somebody else not understanding me, it's about the way I communicate.

Wow, great read. I found out that I naturally do a lot of things that help make a good first impression during new business encounters, but I also learned that there was a method to doing that which has helped me be more conscious, consistent, and systematic in taking the right approach to every new connection. I also learned quite a few new tricks, that have already proved useful and accurate.

Overall, not a bad book. Some of the chapters just dragged on though... could have used some of the advice of the '90 seconds or less' book itself... The extra aside captions should be placed in natural break points.

This book promotes constructive implementation of NLP, it is extremely well written, personable and the author communicates his secret formula's with supporting examples and exercises intended for the reader to easily practice new communication techniques. I am far more aware during conversations and put my best efforts in to begin open, engaging, curious and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to learn how to be an effective communicator.

Never really read this type of book before especially since i'm not in the marketing department or have my own business but this book really gives me some good advice overall how to present yourself, present your company or whatever it is that you stand-up for cause in the end your success also depends on it.

I thought this book touched on a lot of techniques to help me sell more effectively as a salesman. It also has a lot of tools to help with communicating with all kinds of people by using simple body language secrets from making eye contact to remembering someone's name. This is a book that you can go back and forth to for pointers.
